1. I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ?
- Because we are not like other companies around, when you order several items at once will be sent separately. You can receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your things at once, they will get you

2. How long is the delivery ?

6. How do I cancel an order ?
- If you decide you want to cancel the order, contact us with the order number. If we have sent your order to the printer, we will not be able to cancel because it will already be in the process of printing or shipping.
